Holiday Faire Vendor Village
Holiday Faire is a beloved annual tradition at the Cincinnati Waldorf School, and our Vendor Village is a popular destination for children and parents alike!
Vendors offer unique, artisanal, often handcrafted goods such from crystals and dried flower arrangements to baked goods and beaded jewelry. Vendors delight children and families with beautiful items and provide an opportunity for attendees to find one-of-a-kind holiday gifts.
Plus, vendor participation supports the Cincinnati Waldorf School's mission to inspire students through experiential education that awakens resilience, compassion, independent thinking, and initiative. It's a win-win!

Dates for this year's event are:
Friday, December 6th from 6-8:30pm: Sip & Shop (Adults Only)
Saturday, December 7th from 10am-2pm: Holiday Faire (Family Friendly)
Pricing for Vendors is as follows:

Friday OR Saturday only: $65*

Friday AND Saturday: $100*

Student vendors may participate Saturday only and are FREE. Students can sign up here.
*Current CWS parents and faculty as well CWS alums receive a 20% discount with coupon code. Email

Vendor Logistics

CWS has 6' and 8' tables for vendors. Please indicate in your registration if you have a preference.

Vendors may also bring their own table or display, but it must take up no more than 8' of space.

Vendors participating in the Friday evening Sip & Shop may load in between 1:30-3pm or after 3:30pm. Vendors participating in the Friday event only must clear their space by 9:30pm.

Vendors participating in the Saturday event only may set up beginning at 8am on Saturday morning.

All vendors must clear their space immediately following the event end at 2pm on Saturday.
