Highlights from the Week:
The Parent Association raised $4,300 at this year's Holiday Faire! Thank you to students, family, friends and vendors for helping make this event so wonderful.
Vendor Village & Sip & Shop also raised $2,500 for the CWS Annual Fund! So, thank you also to our vendors and shoppers for supporting CWS!
Grade 2 students delivered song, light, and cookies (!) throughout the school to celebrate the feast of Santa Lucia!
Grade 1 participated in a creative drawing exercise in Mr. Manfredi's Extra Lesson, drawing under their desks. Upside-down drawing helps with shoulder girdle strength, proximal stability, problem solving, and many other physical and cognitive skills.

Re-Enrollment Now Open for the 2025-26 School Year!
Please take time now to complete your child(ren)'s re-enrollment for next year. The deadline to re-enroll is January 8, 2025, in order for your child's space in their class to be saved. All deposits received by that date will be applied to next year's tuition invoice.
To complete the online re-enrollment process, please log in to your CWS Family Portal. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a Family Online Login listed below.
To access Family Portal:
Please go to the CWS Family Portal.
Select Parent Log In.
Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your student. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to leave and come back later.
Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login
Please go to the CWS Family Portal.
Please select Create New ParentsWeb Account.
Enter CWS-OH into the District Code field.
Enter in the Email field your email address you use for CWS.
Click the Create Account button.
You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
Close the window.
Log into Family Online as instructed above.

Cats for Adoption - In Need of a New Home
As many of you know, Ms. Bari's sister passed away recently. She left behind two adorable four-year-old cats. They are litter mates and are very attached to one another. They sleep with their arms around each other and need to stay together. The preference would be for households with children old enough to be gentle in their handling and care.
