Ms. Stratman has a BS in Elementary Education from UC and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Xavier University. This is her 7th year as an Intervention Specialist for Hamilton County Educational Service Center. This is Ms. Stratman's 20th year of teaching.

"My true calling is caring for others. I have a passion for science, nature and animals. I try to find beauty around me every day. I love to garden and am working on making my yard into a certified wildlife habitat through National Wildlife Federation. I look forward to helping the students in any way I can on their learning journey. I'm so excited to be here!"
