Careers
As our school grows, so too does our teaching and administrative faculty. We have capable, committed teachers in all programs including the special subjects of Eurythmy, Spanish, Mandarin, Practical Arts, Strings, Choir, Games, and Handwork. Faculty talents are rich, with great strength in singing, the visual arts, creative writing, drama, and eurythmy. We are committed to having Waldorf-trained, experienced teachers who are experts in their fields.
Faculty salaries are reflective of prior Waldorf experience and education. Benefits include partial tuition remission for salaried faculty, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and 401k matching funds.
The Faculty works to broaden the anthroposophical impulses within the Cincinnati community by presenting a wide variety of educational programs on Waldorf teaching methods and child development. There are also various study groups and outreach programs available within our growing community. Learn more about Waldorf teacher preparation here.
