Enrollment Process

Age Requirements

CWS uses a child's birth date as a guide to admitting children into the various programs. Children should be the following ages on June 1st, preceding the September that they join a specific class.

  • Baby Music Class: 0-16 months
  • Parents and Tots: 12 months and up
  • Nursery Class: Three years old
    For children entering the nursery there is a provision for individual assessment of children whose three year birthday falls between June 1 and September 1. All children entering the nursery program must be completely potty trained.
  • Kindergarten Class: Four years old
  • First Grade Class: Six years old

Please include a photograph of your child(ren), previous school records including any information on development and medical history and a $50.00 application fee.
