Tuition and FeesPlease contact the Enrollment Director at 513-541-0220 ext. 103 for current tuition, or send us an email. Tuition can be paid in full or in semi-yearly or monthly installments. There are also family discounts and a tuition assistance program. - Sibling Discount: Families with more than one child enrolled receive a discount on the younger child(ren)'s tuition. The second child enrolled receives a 10% discount; the third child receives a 20% discount; the fourth (and greater) child(ren) receives a 30% discount.
- Tuition Assistance: Available Tuition Assistance money varies each year, and is largely awarded in late spring for the coming school year. Applications are available. The policy limits the amount awarded to 50% of a Grade School tuition. Applications for Kindergarten students are considered after Grade School applications and are very limited.
FACTS TUITION PAYMENT PROGRAM
All families enrolled in the Cincinnati Waldorf School are required to use the FACTS Tuition Payment Program to pay your tuition through automatic bank withdrawal unless you choose to pay your tuition in full in June. Families new to FACTS automatic bank withdrawal must complete an online payment agreement through FACTS e-Cashier. The deadline to complete your online payment agreement is May 1, 2010. Families who have previously used FACTS automatic bank withdrawal will automatically be renewed by the CWS Business Office.
